• When hosting an event for 75 guests or more, you will receive a one night complimentary midweek stay at the Williams River House before your event to take care of any event business such as meeting with vendors or researching the area. This night cannot be used as a part of your event stay or added to your event stay.

* Items such as tents, tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware etc. are rented on a per event basis. These rentals vary depending on the styles, sizes and numbers required. We work with a variety of vendors to assure the best in price and quality.
