Fox Chair Mountain Farm The Williams River House Chester, Vermont  Fox Chair Mountain Farm is a very unique and beautiful venue specializing in destination outdoor weddings and events. Availability is limited 2010-2011 Facility Fee includes:* • Use of the farm’s gardens, grounds, the Hilltop Gazebo, Riverside Stone Terraces with Firepit, Bonfire (weather permitting) Horseshoe Pits & Lawn Games • An exceptional outdoor reception site with stunning views and extra large electrical capacity for any type of catering needs, bands, speakers, etc... • Two parking attendants • Two VIP Wedding quality mobile restrooms with pump flush toilets, sinks, full length mirrors and complementary toiletries (additional restrooms $300.00 ea.) • Complimentary use of 1921 Model T with driver to transport up to 6 guests (2 to 3 at a time) including the bride and groom to and from ceremony site & reception site • Complimentary 1950 Chevy Truck Ferry seating 16 guests. Transports guests from Gazebo to Riverside Terraces at the reception site • A complimentary one night mid week stay at the Williams River House before your event to take care of any event business such as meeting with vendors or researching the area. Please Note: Rentals such as: Tent, Tables, Chairs, Linens, China, Glassware etc. are rented on a per event basis. These rentals vary depending on the styles, sizes and numbers required. Event Site Fee Pricing for 2010-2011 (based on a 5 hour event) May 31st – October/Columbus Day weekend 75-125 guests $4,000 126-175 guests $5,500 176-225 guests $5,500 Site fee for pre-wedding event (based on 4 hour event) Rehearsal Dinner or Pre-party event Site Fee is $500.00 for up to 50 guests $10 per person after 50 guests Site fee for Brunch $250.00 for up to 25 guests (10:00 am-12:00 pm) $10 per person after 25 guests The Williams River House (our on site guesthouse) 2010-2011 Inn Rental Pricing for Events Two night Inn rental for up to 8 guests $2,200 Three night Inn rental for up to 8 guests $3,200 Your stay includes a gourmet country breakfast each morning. (Holiday weekends requires a three night minimum stay) A very special and complementary service! Fox Chair Mountain Farm has a 1921 Model T antique car for escorting the wedding parties to and from the Gazebo and to the reception site. The car also provides fantastic photo opportunities for the entire wedding party. Our event planner Susan Brent and other staff members will provide planning services for all of the following: *** Rentals such as: Tent, Tables, Chairs, Linens, China, Glassware etc. Providing a Caterer, Florist, DJ or Band VIP Mobile Restrooms (the number of restrooms depends on guest count) Wedding Cakes Local guest accommodations Car escort service if desired General staffing such as valet parking & attendants, childcare etc. *** Fox Chair Mountain Farm carries a full liquor license; all liquor served at hosted events must be purchased and served through them.
