Specializing in all types of grilled and ethnic foods this fine cooking company is the Williams River House and Fox Chair Mountain Farm’s in house caterer. Firelite prepares fabulous outdoor grilled and barbecue fair including beef, pork and seafood dishes.  We also specialize in ethnic cuisines such as Portuguese, Greek and Tuscan foods.  When in season, we use the freshest vegetables and herbs from our very own gardens. 
Please note: Due to  the size of our kitchen facility and high quality assurance Firelite Catering serves a maximum number of 50 guests & a minimum of 25.

Bold flavors and freshness are always present at Fox Chair Mountain Farm events.  Our innovative combinations give traditional foods new and fun twists, such as fire grilled jalopeno cheddar cornbread with lime chili butter.  Try the Portuguese white wine & garlic marinated pork with little neck clams.  Other specialties are split grilled Maine lobster with garlic butter or fresh sea scallop & shrimp kabobs served with pineapple, sweet red pepper, avocado and arugala salad.  A wonderful combo!

Traditional American BBQ has always been a favorite.  Smoked long and slow our tender beef ribs, juicy chicken and pulled pork reign supreme in the summertime.  Fire roasted corn on the cob and baked beans with peaches and cinnamon are two of the most popular side dishes.
 
Many of the food specialties are hearty ethnic dishes from recipes passed down from the owners Portuguese ancestry. “Guests not familiar with Portuguese cuisine are in for a real treat!!!”
